Commercial Operation Tests definition

Commercial Operation Tests mean the tests specified in Schedule 4 to demonstrate that the standard requirements and the guaranteed values (set out in Schedule 4) are met to achieve the COD with respect to each Phase.
Commercial Operation Tests means those tests pursuant to Article 7 designed to demonstrate that the minimum performance criteria to achieve the Commercial Operation Date, as the case may be, have been met.

Related to Commercial Operation Tests

  • Commercial Operation means the condition of operation in which the complete equipment covered under the Contract is officially declared by the Owner to be available for continuous operation at different loads up to and including rated capacity. Such declaration by the Owner, however, shall not relieve or prejudice the Contractor of any of his obligations under the Contract.
