Commercial Plant definition

Commercial Plant means a facility containing 1 or more manufacturing lines capable of producing AIR ASSIST PRIMARY PACKAGES at commercial scale volumes.
Commercial Plant means the commercial uranium enrichment plant using advanced enrichment technology that the Corporation will construct and operate in accordance with the June 17th Agreement and a license issued by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (“NRC”).

More Definitions of Commercial Plant

Commercial Plant means a commercial plant and operation which can successfully carry out the Target Business and is capable of producing finished product for sale as set out in Target’s business plan;
