Commercial Rules definition

Commercial Rules means the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the AAA.
Commercial Rules has the meaning set forth in the Disputes Board Agreement.
Commercial Rules shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.2 of this Agreement.

  • Any arbitration hereunder shall be conducted under the Commercial Rules of the AAA as modified herein.

Commercial Rules shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11.20.
Commercial Rules means the dispute resolution proceedings set forth in Attachment 2 attached hereto. For Fast-Track Disputes, the time frames provided in the Commercial Rules for Expedited Procedures (as defined in Attachment 2) shall apply in accordance with the Commercial Rules.
