Commissioner for Oaths definition

Commissioner for Oaths means a person appointed as such under the Commissioners for Oaths Ordinance, 1968;
Commissioner for Oaths means a person who is a Commissioner for Oaths either by virtue of appointment under the provisions of section 8 of this Act or ex officio under the provisions of any other section of this Act;
Commissioner for Oaths means a commissioner for oaths appointed under section 68 of the Supreme Court of Judicature Act (Cap. 322);
