Commissioning Date means that date when construction of the contemplated Project is complete, and the Maintenance Term commences;
Commissioning Period has the meaning set forth in Attachment T.
Commissioning means the process for determining the need for and for obtaining the supply of healthcare and related services by the Trust within available resources.
Commissioning Tests means all of the procedures and tests which, in accordance with the Reasonable and Prudent Standard, and in compliance with industry guidelines, practices and standards, are:
Commissioning test means tests applied to a distributed generation facility by the applicant after construction is completed to verify that the facility does not create adverse system impacts and performs to the submitted specifications. At a minimum, the scope of the commissioning tests performed shall include the commissioning test specified in Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc. (IEEE) Standard 1547 Section 5.4 "Commissioning tests".
Completion Notice means a notice issued by the Developer in accordance with clause 6.1.
Warning Notice means a notice in writing by the Secretary of State to the Academy Trust requiring the Academy Trust to procure the admission of a sufficient number of pupils by such date as he deems appropriate in the circumstances and setting out the consequences of not procuring the admission of a sufficient number of pupils by the date specified in such Warning Notice. 91D) If at any time after signing this Agreement, the Parties agree that by virtue of low pupil numbers the Academy is not financially viable, then the Parties jointly may terminate this Agreement having agreed first the precise terms of termination.
Termination Warning Notice means a notice sent by the Secretary of State to the Academy Trust, stating his intention to terminate this Agreement.
Notice of Completion means a document issued by the Department or Delegated Agency at the end of project construction when all items and conditions of the approved Sediment and Stormwater Management Plan have been satisfied, post construction verification documents demonstrate that the stormwater management systems have been constructed in accordance with the approved Sediment and Stormwater Management Plan, and final stabilization of disturbed areas on the site has been achieved.
PAGA Notice means Plaintiff’s October 27, 2022, letter to Ansible and the LWDA providing notice pursuant to Labor Code section 2699.3, subd.(a).
Firm Transmission Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider in accordance with Tariff, Part II, section 19.3 and Tariff, Part III, section 32.3.
Closing Notice Has the meaning specified in the NPA. Company: Has the meaning specified in the first paragraph of this Trust Supplement.
Interconnection Feasibility Study means either a Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study or Transmission Interconnection Feasibility Study.
Minimum Offering Notice means a written notification, signed by Broker, pursuant to which the Broker shall represent (1) that subscriptions for the Minimum Offering have been received, (2) that, to the best of Broker’s knowledge after due inquiry and review of its records, Cash Investment Instruments in full payment for that number of Shares equal to or greater than the Minimum Offering have been received, deposited with and collected by NCPS, (3) and that such subscriptions have not been withdrawn, rejected or otherwise terminated, and (4) that the Subscribers have no statutory or regulatory rights of rescission without cause or all such rights have expired.
Project Completion means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that operation of the Project is initiated or is capable of being initiated, whichever comes first.
OJEU Notice means the contract notice published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
Merchant Shipping Notice means a Notice described as such, issued by the Maritime and Coastguard Agency, and any reference to a particular Merchant Shipping Notice includes a reference to any such document amending or replacing that Notice which is considered by the Secretary of State to be relevant from time to time;
Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) in accordance with Tariff, Part IV, section 36.
CAFA Notice refers to the notice requirements imposed by 28 U.S.C. § 1715(b).
Offering Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3(b).
Mediation Notice is defined in Section 6.2(b).
Calling Name Delivery Service (CNDS) means a service that enables a terminating End User to identify the calling Party by a displayed name before a call is answered. The calling Party’s name is retrieved from a calling name database and delivered to the End User’s premise between the first and second ring for display on compatible End User premises equipment.
National Medical Support Notice or “NMSN” shall mean a notice that contains the following information:
Seller’s Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 8.5(a).
Prescribed Notice means 28 days or any shorter period of notice for a meeting of members of the Company allowed under the Corporations Act.
Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.
