Examples of Commitment Year in a sentence
Commencing on the 18th Amendment Effective Date and for the remainder of the Term, Customer’s new AVC will be $1,300,000 in Total Service Charges, or a pro rata portion thereof for any partial Commitment Year remaining in the Term.
Commencing on the 13th Amendment Effective Date and for the remainder of the Term, Customer’s new AVC will be $1,555,000 in Total Service Charges, or a pro rata portion thereof for any partial Commitment Year remaining in the Term.
If the Customer fails to meet the AVC during the first Commitment Year of the Term, the Company will permit the Customer to carry forward to the immediately following Commitment Year an amount equal to the difference between the AVC and the Customer’s total service charges during the first commitment year provided it does not exceed 10% of the AVC.
Minimum Annual Volume Commitment (“AVC”): Customer agrees to pay Company no less than $2,000,000 in Total Service Charges during each Commitment Year.
