Each Party shall perform its obligations under each Annual Research Plan in compliance in all material respects with all Applicable Laws.
To the extent that the quantities of materials requested by either party exceed the quantities set forth in the Annual Research Plan, the requesting party shall reimburse the other party for the reasonable costs of such materials if they are furnished.
