Committed Adjuster definition

Committed Adjuster means one of the Adjusters that Vendor has agreed to make available to Citizens as further detailed in the category(s) of Services as set forth in Exhibit(s) B and/or Exhibit C.
Committed Adjuster means an Adjuster that Vendor has agreed to make available to Citizens for Catastrophe Deployments during Hurricane Season as further detailed in Section 3.1.1.
Committed Adjuster means one of the Adjusters that Vendor has agreed to make available to Citizens as further detailed in Section 3.1.1.

  • Citizens may require any classification of Committed Adjuster in any role based on the needs of Citizens in the performance of the Services.

  • Additionally, reimbursement is limited to one hundred twenty percent (120%) of the Committed Adjuster Total per twenty four month period, unless otherwise determined by Citizens.

  • If a Catastrophe Deployment request is made by Citizens and such a request is for Adjusters in excess of Vendor’s Committed Adjuster Total, then Vendor will exercise its best efforts to fill the work assignment in excess of the Committed Adjuster Total.

  • If such a request is for Adjusters in excess of Vendor’s Committed Adjuster Total, then Vendor will exercise its best efforts to fill the work assignment in excess of the Committed Adjuster Total.

  • If Vendor fails to timely provide the Minimum Cat Response, Citizens will require a Corrective Action Plan and Vendor will pay to Citizens, as liquidated damages and not as a penalty, $2,000 for each additional Committed Adjuster required to meet the Minimum Cat Response.

  • If a Pre-Catastrophe Deployment or Catastrophe Deployment request is for Adjusters in excess of Vendor’s Committed Adjuster Total, then Vendor will exercise its best efforts to fill the work assignment in excess of the Committed Adjuster Total.

  • If Vendor does not meet the Minimum Cat Response in accordance with the timeframe required under the Corrective Action Plan, or if the parties do not agree upon a timeframe for meeting the Minimum Cat Response as part of the Corrective Action Plan, then Citizens may elect to rescind Vendor’s deployment opportunity for each additional Committed Adjuster required to meet the Minimum Cat Response.

  • Such minimum Committed Adjuster Total shall include no less than [INSERT NUMBER, as modified to reflect the Vendors Proposal] Adjusters who are also approved by Citizens as meeting the requirements of a CAT Field Adjuster I.

  • Vendor may be required to provide additional work spaces for Citizens personnel as required in connection with an increase to the Committed Adjuster Total, per Section 3.1.1. As part of Vendor’s obligation to provide these work spaces at no additional cost, Vendor will include basic office accommodations to the Citizens’ personnel who work in the work spaces for a majority of each work week during the Catastrophe Deployment.

Committed Adjuster means one of the Adjusters that Vendor has agreed to make available to Citizens under this Agreement who are approved by Citizens in CAIS or other designated system exclusive to this Agreement and terms thereof. Committed Adjusters are to remain available to provide Services as requested by Citizens.
