Examples of Committed Rates in a sentence
Committed Shipper has executed a TSA as of November 7, 2011 or January 21, 2019, provided that Committed Shippers who executed a TSA on or about January 21, 2019 are eligible only for the Light Crude Committed Rates set forth above for service pursuant to such TSA.
The Base Committed Rates applicable to the Firm Rates above may be increased annually by the greater of 1% or the positive adjustment, if any, in the FERC Index; provided, however, such increase shall not exceed 3% annually.
The Committed Rates identified in Item No. 165 and the terms set forth in this Section II will apply to qualifying shipments of a Committed Shipper in accordance with such Committed Shipper’s Committed Volume.
