Commodity Business Day definition

Commodity Business Day means Monday through Friday, excluding NERC Holidays.
Commodity Business Day means a day in respect of which Platts LNG Daily published prices for “DES Japan/Korea Marker (JKM)”;
Commodity Business Day means, in respect of each Commodity, a day that is (or, but for the occurrence of a Market Disruption Event, would have been) a day on which the relevant Exchange is open for trading during its regular trading session, notwithstanding any such relevant Exchange closing prior to its scheduled closing time.

Commodity Business Day means (a) in respect of any [Note] [Certificate] for which the Commodity Reference Price is a price announced or published by an Exchange, a day that is (or, but for the occurrence of a Commodity Market Disruption Event, would have been) a day on which that Exchange is open for trading during its regular trading session, notwithstanding any such Exchange closing prior to its schedules closing time; and (b) in respect of any [Note] [Certificate] for which the Commodity Reference Price is not announced or published by an Exchange, a day in respect of which the relevant Price Source published (or, but for the occurrence of a Commodity Market Disruption Event, would have published) a price.
Commodity Business Day means a day on which the Price Source would ordinarily publish the London Gold price.
Commodity Business Day means in respect of a Commodity Index, a day on which (i) the Index Sponsor announces or publishes (or would have announced or published, but for the occurrence of a Market Disruption Event) the Index Level on the Price Source, and (ii) the Exchange is open for trading (or would have been, but for the occurrence of a Market Disruption Event) during its regular trading session, notwithstanding any such Exchange closing prior to its scheduled closing time.
Commodity Business Day means (a) in respect of the Commodity (provided the Commodity is not Bullion) if the Commodity Reference Price is a price announced or published by an Exchange, a day that is (or, but for the occurrence of a Market Disruption Event, would have been) a day on which that Exchange is open for trading during its regular trading session, notwithstanding any such Exchange closing prior to its scheduled closing time; and (b) in respect of the Commodity (provided the Commodity is not Bullion) if the Commodity Reference Price is not a price announced or published by an Exchange, a day in respect of which the relevant Price Source published (or, but for the occurrence of a Market Disruption Event, would have published) a price.
Commodity Business Day means a day that is (or, but for the occurrence of a Disruption Event, would have been) a trading day on the Futures Contract Exchange; and
Commodity Business Day means a day, as determined in good faith by the Calculation Agent, on which the Relevant Commodity Exchange for each Reference Commodity is scheduled to be (or, but for the occurrence of a Commodity Disruption Event, would have been) open for trading during its regular trading session (notwithstanding the Relevant Commodity Exchange closing prior to its scheduled closing time).
