Examples of Common Certificates in a sentence
No interest shall be paid or will accrue on any cash payable to holders of Common Certificates pursuant to the provisions of this Article II.
If, after the Effective Time, Common Certificates representing such shares are presented for transfer to the Exchange Agent, they shall be canceled and exchanged for the applicable Merger Consideration as provided in this Article II.
