Common Membership Interests definition

Common Membership Interests means Membership Interests having the rights and obligations specified with respect to Common Membership Interests in this Agreement.
Common Membership Interests means, collectively, the Class A Membership Interests and the Class B Membership Interests.
Common Membership Interests means membership interests in GMAC LLC having the rights and obligations specified with respect to Common Membership Interests in the Sixth Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Operating Agreement of GMAC LLC, dated as of May 22, 2009.
