Examples of Common Membership Units in a sentence

  • The terms provided herein with respect to Company Shares shall apply in all respects to the holders of Common Membership Units and USCo2 Class B Shares except that the Purchaser Call Option may not be exercised before three years after the Acquisition Date with respect to these holders.
