Common Securities Guarantee Agreement definition

Common Securities Guarantee Agreement means the guarantee agreement dated the date hereof executed by the Guarantor for the benefit of the holders from time to time of the Common Securities.
Common Securities Guarantee Agreement means the Common Securities Guarantee Agreement dated November 20, 1998 given by the Depositor, as Guarantor, evidencing the Common Securities Guarantee.
Common Securities Guarantee Agreement has the meaning set forth in the preamble.
