Common Stock Group definition

Common Stock Group shall have the meaning given to such term in the ------------------ Parent Charter.
Common Stock Group means, as of any date, the interest of the corporation or any of its subsidiaries in all of the businesses in which the corporation or any of its subsidiaries (or any of their predecessors or successors) is or has been engaged, directly or indirectly, and the respective assets and liabilities of the corporation or any of its subsidiaries, other than any businesses, assets or liabilities of the Liberty Media Group.
Common Stock Group means (i) the Hypothetical Legal Entity Associated with AT&T pursuant to Section 2(c) and (ii) each of the other Legal Entities that were at any time owned directly or indirectly by AT&T (Hypothetical Legal Entities Associated with any Mixed Entity other than AT&T being treated for this purpose as owned directly or indirectly by AT&T) other than any member of the Liberty Group or the Wireless Group.
