Common Stock Plan definition

Common Stock Plan means any present or future Employee Plan, employment agreement, restricted stock, stock option, stock purchase or dividend reinvestment plan or other similar type of plan or arrangement of the Company which provides for the issuance of equity securities or options or rights to purchase equity securities of the Company.
Common Stock Plan means the Amended and Restated Comerica Incorporated Common Stock Non-Employee Director Fee Deferral Plan, the provisions of which are set forth herein, as it may be further amended and restated from time to time.
Common Stock Plan means the "Comerica Incorporated 1999 Common Stock Director Fee Deferral Plan," the provisions of which are set forth herein, as it may be amended from time to time.

  • Company Stock Plan means any stock option plan or other stock or equity-related plan of the Company.

  • Company Stock Option Plans means the Company’s 2000 Employee Stock Option Plan, 1997 Employee Stock Option Plan and 1995 Stock Option Plan, in each case as amended.

  • Common Stock Agreement means an agreement executed by a Common Stockholder and the Company as contemplated by Section 5, below, which imposes on the shares of Common Stock held by the Common Stockholder such restrictions as the Board or Committee deem appropriate.
