Common Unit Notice of Redemption definition

Common Unit Notice of Redemption means the Common Unit Notice of Redemption substantially in the form of Exhibit B attached to this Agreement.

  • Notice of Redemption means the Notice of Redemption substantially in the form of Exhibit B to this Agreement.

  • Call and Put Redemption Amount means GBP 1 per Preference Share.
