Commonwealth Court definition

Commonwealth Court has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 19.4(c).
Commonwealth Court or “Court” means the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania , which is the rehabilitation court for SHIP and has exclusive jurisdiction over SHIP’s rehabilitation.
