Communications Authorizations definition

Communications Authorizations has the meaning set forth in Section 2.26(a).
Communications Authorizations shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.11(b).

  • Neither NextNet Wireless, Inc., Clearwire LLC nor any of their respective Subsidiaries owns any Communications Authorizations.

  • Subject to obtaining the required consents set forth in Section 7.7(d), all Communications Authorizations will not be adversely affected by, and will remain valid and in full force and effect immediately following, the consummation of the Transactions.

  • The Parties shall use reasonable best efforts to furnish as promptly as reasonably practicable all information required for any application or other filing to be made pursuant to the Communications Act and other applicable Laws related to the Communications Authorizations.

  • The Permits are valid and in full force and effect and the Communications Authorizations are not subject to any conditions or requirements that are not generally imposed by the FCC or applicable State PUC upon holders of such Communications Authorizations.

  • The Parties shall as promptly as practicable make, and cause their respective Affiliates to make, any filing or notice required to be made under the Communications Act and other applicable Laws related to the Communications Authorizations.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Section 4.17 shall not apply to Communications Authorizations, which are addressed in Section 4.28.

Related to Communications Authorizations

  • Approvals means all licenses, permits, approvals, certificates and other authorizations granted or issued by any Governmental Authority for the matter or item in question.

  • Authorizations means all filings, recordings, and registrations with, and all validations or exemptions, approvals, orders, authorizations, consents, franchises, licenses, certificates, and permits from, any Governmental Authority.

  • Communications Laws means collectively, the Act, the Rules, and the published and promulgated orders and decisions of the Commission to which Constellium is subject by virtue of its business activities, including but not limited to the Licensing Rules.

  • Governmental Authorizations means any approval, consent, license, permit, waiver, or other authorization issued, granted, given, or otherwise made available by or under the authority of any Governmental Entity or pursuant to any Legal Requirement.

  • Communications Act means the Communications Act of 1934, as amended and any similar or successor federal statute, and the rules and regulations of the FCC thereunder, all as the same may be in effect from time to time.

  • Privileged Communications has the meaning specified in Section 12.17.
