community enterprise means the community’s business relating to product manufacturing, service rendering or other businesses undertaken by a group of persons having a relationship with each other who share common ways of life and join together to conduct such business, whether it is a juristic person in any form or a non-juristic person, for income generation and self-reliance in the family, in the community and across the communities, in accordance with the criteria prescribed in the Notification by the Board;
