Community Manager definition

Community Manager shall refer to Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx who is the community manager handling this Property.
Community Manager means a third-party management company responsible for the day to day operation of the Company Properties in accordance with Company’s business plan and in compliance with regulatory bodies.
