Community Manual definition

Community Manual means the initial compilation of policies and rules pertaining to the use, operation, and maintenance of the Property. In the event of conflict between this Declaration and the Community Manual, this Declaration controls.

Community Manual means the community manual, if any, which may be initially adopted and Recorded by the Declarant as part of the initial project documentation for the Regime. The Community Manual may include the Bylaws and Rules and policies governing the Association. The Board may, from time to time, modify, supplement, or amend the Community Manual; provided, however, that until expiration of the Development Period, any modification, supplement or amendment to the Community Manual must be approved in advance and in writing by the Declarant.

Community Manual means the community manual adopted for the benefit of the Association and its Members as part of the initial project documentation for the Property. The Founder may adopt and Record the initial Community Manual for the Property. The Community Manual may be amended or modified, from time to time, by a Majority of the Board and approval of Founder.
