Policies and Rules. The Consultant must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and rules implemented or amended by the Company, from time to time, which are brought to the Consultant’s notice or of which the Consultant should reasonably be aware.
Policies and Rules. Xxxxxxx agrees to comply with the policies, rules, and deadlines set by OpenStack for Event Sponsorship. These policies, rules, and deadlines may be found in the Sponsor Manual, Sponsorship Prospectus or related documents, which may be modified from time to time.

In the event the University determines that Employee committed a violation of policies or rules warranting termination of Employee, after appropriate review of the matter consistent with University policy, the University may deem the violation to be a material breach of this Agreement and the University may terminate this Agreement with no obligations.

Policies and Rules. By executing this Lease, Xxxxxx acknowledges receipt of a copy of the Village Community Policies and Rules (the “Policies and Rules”). Xxxxxx agrees to review, become familiar with and comply at all times with the Policies and Rules. Tenant acknowledges that the Policies and Rules constitutes a part of this Lease and are incorporated herein by this reference. To the extent that the terms of the Policies and Rules conflict with the terms of this Lease, the terms of this Lease shall govern and be controlling.

Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed or construed to limit, in any manner, the discretion of Alvord’s Board of Education in establishing, modifying, implementing, and/or enforcing any educational, operational or other policy, rule, procedure or requirement applicable to Alvord’s schools, students or personnel generally, or to the ILC specifically, including, without limitation, policies regarding use of Xxxxxx property.
