Community mental health program means all mental health
Community mental health center or "CMHC" means a facility offering a comprehensive array of community-based mental health services, including but not limited to, inpatient treatment, outpatient treatment, partial hospitalization, emergency care, consultation and education; and, certain services at the option of the center, including, but not limited to, prescreening, rehabilitation services, pre-care and aftercare, training programs, and research and evaluation.
Local Health Board (“Bwrdd Iechyd Lleol”) means a Local Health Board established under section 11 of the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006 (c.42);
Health Board means a Health Board established under section 2 of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978;
Medical Board means the board of physicians as provided by this chapter.
Qualified mental health professional means a licensed medical practitioner or any other person meeting the qualifications specified in OAR 309-019-0125.

Urban Coordinating Council Empowerment Neighborhood means a neighborhood given priority access to State resources through the New Jersey Redevelopment Authority.
Home and community-based services or "HCBS" means Home and Community-Based Services as defined in OAR chapter 411, division 004.
Community Developmental Disability Program (CDDP means an entity that is responsible for planning and delivery of services for individuals with developmental disabilities in a specific geographic service area of the state operated by or under a contract with the Division or a local mental health authority.
Designated mental health professional means a mental health
Community basin means an infiltration system, sand filter designed to infiltrate, standard constructed wetland, or wet pond, established in accordance with N.J.A.C. 7:8-4.2(c)14, that is designed and constructed in accordance with the New Jersey Stormwater Best Management Practices Manual, or an alternate design, approved in accordance with N.J.A.C. 7:8-5.2(g), for an infiltration system, sand filter designed to infiltrate, standard constructed wetland, or wet pond and that complies with the requirements of this chapter.

Mental Health Worker means an individual that assists in planning, developing and evaluating mental health services for Clients; provides liaison between Clients and service providers; and has obtained a Bachelor's degree in a behavioral science field such as psychology, counseling, or social work, or has two years of experience providing client related services to Clients experiencing mental health, drug abuse or alcohol disorders. Education in a behavioral science field such as psychology, counseling, or social work may be substituted for up to one year of the experience requirement.
Mental health services means interventions designed to provide the maximum reduction of mental disability and restoration or maintenance of functioning consistent with the requirements for learning, development and enhanced self-sufficiency. Services shall include:
a. Assessment means a service activity, which may include a clinical analysis of the history and current status of a beneficiary’s mental, emotional, or behavioral disorder, relevant cultural issues and history, Diagnosis and the use of testing procedures.
Community rehabilitation program means a program that provides directly or facilitates the provision of one or more of the following vocational rehabilitation services to individuals with disabilities to enable those individuals to maximize their opportunities for employment, including career advancement:
Mental health facility means a mental health facility as defined by the Inpatient Mental Health Treatment of Children Act;

Medical home means a team approach to providing health care that originates in a primary care setting; fosters a partnership among the patient, the personal provider, and other health care professionals, and where appropriate, the patient’s family; utilizes the partnership to access and integrate all medical and nonmedical health-related services across all elements of the health care system and the patient’s community as needed by the patient and the patient’s family to achieve maximum health potential; maintains a centralized, comprehensive record of all health-related services to promote continuity of care; and has all of the characteristics specified in section 135.158.

Allied Health Professional means a person registered as an allied health professional with the Health Professions Council;
Regional Board means a California regional water quality control board.
