Community Park definition

Community Park means municipal reserve parcels or municipal school reserve parcels that are approximately 3.6 to 9.2 hectares in size, dedicated to the City as part of the 10% reserve land dedication requirements pursuant to the Municipal Government Act , including but not limited to tot lots, school grounds, recreation grounds or community centre lease sites;
Community Park means a park located near major roadways, and designed to serve the needs of more than one neighborhood.
Community Park means land to be dedicated or transferred as “Community Park” as shown on the Lakes District Parks Phasing Plan (Schedule “D”);

More Definitions of Community Park

Community Park means the open space illustrated in the Boulevard One Illustrative Plan found in Section 3.1 of these Guidelines.
Community Park means a park designed to serve the needs of one or more neighborhood. They allow for large group activities, offer recreational opportunities that may not be feasible or desired at the neighborhood level.
