Community Centre. The standard work period for Community Centre and Fitness Centre employees who are employed by the Recreation Services Department in any Corporation operation which is required to be operated on a six (6) or seven (7) day basis, or a shift basis, shall be seventy (70) hours over ten (10) days in any fourteen (14) consecutive day period. No employee shall be required to work more than eight (8) consecutive shifts, unless mutually agreed otherwise. The Corporation will endeavour to grant sixteen (16) hours off between shifts and to schedule days off together. The Corporation will endeavour to grant every third week-end off. If employees do not receive sixteen (16) hours off between shifts, they shall be paid the applicable overtime rate for the second or consecutive shifts, providing they have not received forty-eight (48) hours notice. Community Centre a) PROMOTER proposes to develop a Community Centre in COMPLEX, with a water body/splash pool, gymnasium and other amenities subject to the permission/ sanctions from the Statutory Authorities for the purpose of social activities and PURCHASER(S) has/have agreed to avail the facilities of Community Centre. Community Centre may be developed simultaneous to or after development of the SAID RESIDENTIAL UNIT / COMPLEX and PURCHASER(S) agree/s to pay all such other charges as may be stipulated by PROMOTER from time to time. It is also clarified that the facilities of Community Centre will be available to PURCHASER(S) and no outsider, without prior permission of PROMOTER or Maintenance Agency. Entry to Community Centre will be allowed and the facilities will be used on terms and conditions as may be stipulated by PROMOTER or Maintenance Agency from time to time.
b) Community Centre, landscaped garden and all other open areas and other facilities and utilities as may be provided by PROMOTER in the Project shall be managed by PROMOTER or its nominee(s). PURCHASER(S) shall not interfere in the same. In all eventualities the ownership of the landscaped garden and Community Centre its building, etc. and rights in the land underneath shall continue to vest in PROMOTER till its management is handed over by PROMOTER and/ or nominee(s) to Said Organisation. PURCHASER(S) shall be entitled to have access to Club and landscaped garden as per PROMOTER’s rules and regulations subject to availability and on payment of such charges as may be fixed by PROMOTER from time to time.
