City Park definition

City Park means the City’s land that is established, dedicated, set apart or made available for use as public open space, but does not include a marina, golf course or cemetery;(200-05)
City Park means any land or water owned, leased or otherwise operated and controlled by the City for recreational open space or similar and related purpose.
City Park means and includes city owned parks and recreational areas, playgrounds, public squares, athletic fields, and walking and biking trails.
