Community recreation definition
Community recreation means recreation facilities and services engaged in under the control of a district.
Community recreation means all public lei- sure resources that contribute to the physical, men- tal, moral development and the environment of the individual or group. These resources may include, but are not necessarily limited to, parks, harbors, museums, libraries, natural science centers, scenic and historical resources, airports, playgrounds, sta- diums, golf courses, camps, swimming pools, com- munity centers, and programs in the physical, intellectual, social, cultural, and nature fields.
