Public Parks definition

Public Parks means an area designated by a federal, state or local agency for public recreational use.
Public Parks means publicly owned land that has been made available for aesthetic, recreational, educational or cultural use of the public;
Public Parks means outdoor premises containing existing or proposed parks, including community parks, neighborhood parks, mini-parks, and urban parks that are currently or proposed to be owned or operated by the city or other governmental agency.

Public Parks. The City will regularly clean and maintain or cause to be cleaned and maintained all public parks in the District. [Park & Recreation Department: Developed Regional Parks]
