Public Parks definition

Public Parks means outdoor premises containing existing or proposed parks, including community parks, neighborhood parks, mini-parks, and urban parks that are currently or proposed to be owned or operated by the City or other governmental agency.
Public Parks means publicly owned land that has been made available for aesthetic, recreational, educational or cultural use of the public;

Public Parks means a public playground, public recreation center or area, and other public areas, created, established, designated, maintained, provided or set aside by the Town, for the purposes of public rest, play, recreation, enjoyment or assembly, and all buildings, facilities and structures located thereon or therein.
