Examples of Community Renewable Energy Generation Project in a sentence
The Scheduled Energized Date shall be the date that is twelve (12) months from the Trade Date of such Product Order if the Designated System is a Distributed Renewable Energy Generation Device, or eighteen (18) months from the Trade Date of such Product Order if the Designated System is a Community Renewable Energy Generation Project.
Unless extended pursuant to Section 2.4(b), the Scheduled Energized Date shall be the date that is twelve (12) months from the Trade Date of such Product Order if the Designated System is a Distributed Renewable Energy Generation Device, or eighteen (18) months from the Trade Date of such Product Order if the Designated System is a Community Renewable Energy Generation Project.
Additionally, if there is an increase in the Collateral Requirement for a Community Renewable Energy Generation Project based on information in Seller’s ABP Part I Application and ABP Part II Application for such Designated System, Seller shall not be required to post additional Performance Assurance Amount at the time of Energization.
For avoidance of doubt, with respect to a Designated System that is a Community Renewable Energy Generation Project, the Designated System Contract Maximum REC Quantity and the Delivery Year Expected REC Quantities shall be adjusted pursuant to Section 2.6(b) and Section 2.6(c) and the updated Schedule B and REC Delivery schedule will be issued by the IPA to Buyer and Seller pursuant to Section 2.6(g).
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if there is an increase in the Collateral Requirement for a Community Renewable Energy Generation Project in the quarterly payment adjustments pursuant to Sections 2.6(a)-(b), Seller shall not be required to post additional Performance Assurance Amount at the time of such payment adjustment(s).
If the Designated System is a Community Renewable Energy Generation Project, the IPA or its designee may update Schedule B to the Product Order for such Designated System on a quarterly basis based on the Community Solar Quarterly Report submitted pursuant to Section 10(b) of the Cover Sheet.
Unless extended pursuant to Section 2.4(b), the Scheduled Energized Date shall be the date that is eighteen (18) months from the Trade Date of such Product Order if the Designated System is a Distributed Renewable Energy Generation Device, or twenty-four (24) months from the Trade Date of such Product Order if the Designated System is a Community Renewable Energy Generation Project.
For avoidance of doubt, with respect to a Designated System that is a Community Renewable Energy Generation Project, the Designated System Contract Maximum REC Quantity and the Delivery Year Expected REC Quantities shall be adjusted pursuant to Section 2.6(b) or Section 2.6(d), and the updated Schedule B and REC Delivery schedule will be issued by the IPA to Buyer and Seller pursuant to Section 2.6(i).
All Designated Systems under this REC ContractAgreement shall either be a Distributed Renewable Energy Generation Device or a Community Renewable Energy Generation Project.
With respect to a Community Renewable Energy Generation Project, the Standing Order shall be for the percent of RECs from such Designated System corresponding to the percent of the Actual Nameplate Capacity being Subscribed at time of Energization9, and as may be adjusted pursuant to Section 2.6, and any RECs that are not eligible for Delivery under the Standing Order shall be the exclusive property of Seller, to be utilized in Seller’s sole discretion.
