Community Transportation definition

Community Transportation means the services described in OAR 411-300-0150 that enable a child to gain access to community-based state plan and waiver services, activities, and resources that are not medical in nature. Community transportation is provided in the area surrounding the family home that is commonly used by people in the same area to obtain ordinary goods and services.
