Company Accountant definition

Company Accountant has the meaning set forth in Section 8.04.
Company Accountant as defined in Section 5.4.
Company Accountant means the entity appointed as accountant under the terms and conditions of the Accounting Services Agreement between the entity and the Company, or its successor(s).

Company Accountant shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11.1(k).
