Company Assignment definition

Company Assignment means an assignment in the form annexed as Annex C hereto, executed by the Company to the Agent with respect to a CFC Loan which has been assigned to the Company pursuant to a CFC Assignment, or such other form acceptable to the Agent and the Lenders.
Company Assignment has the meaning set forth in Section 6(b)(i).
Company Assignment is defined in Section 10.6(g). \
