Company Claims definition

Company Claims means any Claim against a Company Party, including the Notes Claims, the Consenting Crossholder Claims, and the Bank Lender Claims.
Company Claims has the meaning set forth in Section 6.14.

More Definitions of Company Claims

Company Claims means any Claim against a Company Party, including the the Senior Notes Claims.
Company Claims means any Claim against a Company Party, including the Prepetition RBL Claims, the 2016 Term Loan Claims, the 2017 Term Loan Claims, the Second Lien Notes Claims, the Unsecured Notes Claims, the Senior DIP Claims and the Junior DIP Claims.
