Company Claims definition

Company Claims means any Claim against a Company Party, including the Notes Claims, the Consenting Crossholder Claims, and the Bank Lender Claims.
Company Claims has the meaning set forth in Section 6.14.
Company Claims means any Claim against a Company Party.

  • Upon compliance with the requirements of Section 7.02 of this Agreement, including delivery of the Joinder, the transferor shall be deemed to relinquish its rights (and be released from its obligations) under this Agreement to the extent of the rights and obligations in respect of such transferred Company Claims.

Company Claims means any Claim against a Company Party, including the the Senior Notes Claims.
