Company Class A Shares definition

Company Class A Shares means the Company’s Class A ordinary shares with a per share par value of $0.0001 each having the rights set out in the Memorandum and Articles of Association.
Company Class A Shares means the Class A shares of the Company, with nominal value of €1 per share. “Company Ordinary Shares” means the common shares of the Company, with nominal value of €1 per share.

Company Class A Shares means the Company’s Class A common stock, no par value, which as of immediately after the Pre-Closing Recapitalization will have one (1) vote per share on all matters on which the Company’s Class A Shares will be entitled to vote.
