Company Common Warrants definition

Company Common Warrants means the outstanding warrants to purchase Company Common Stock, including without limitation the outstanding warrants to purchase 128,504 shares of Company Common Stock.
Company Common Warrants means the Common 1 Warrants, the Common 2 Warrants, the Common 3 Warrants, the Common 4 Warrants, the Common 5 Warrants and the Common 6 Warrants.
Company Common Warrants means those certain warrants exercisable for up to an aggregate of 537,315 shares of Company Common Stock, issued to certain stockholders of the Company, dated as of October 23, 2009.
