Company Contribution Subaccount definition

Company Contribution Subaccount means the subaccount within the Participant's Account to which Company Contributions are credited as described in Section 3.1 hereof.
Company Contribution Subaccount means the portion of Employee's Account established in accordance with Section 4.3 of this Appendix A which is credited with the Corporations hypothetical contributions, and earnings thereon.
Company Contribution Subaccount means the record of the Participant's Company Contribution Credits under Section 4.2 and earnings (or loss) thereon.

  • Each Account also shall have a Company Contribution Subaccount to which shall be credited amounts as provided in Sections 3.2 and 3.3 hereof.

Company Contribution Subaccount means that portion of a Member’s Account consisting of: (a)(1) Company Contributions; (2) company contributions transferred to the Fund in a trust-to-trust transfer from one or more qualified plans that do not allow for in-service distribution of such assets before the Member attains age 59½; (3) company contributions under one or more qualified plans merged into the Fund which plans do not allow for in-service distributions of such assets before the Member attains age 59½; and (b) such Subaccount’s allocable portion of net gains and losses.

  • Company Contribution Account means (i) the sum of the Participant’s Company Contribution Amounts, plus (ii) amounts credited or debited to the Participant’s Company Contribution Account in accordance with this Plan, less (iii) all distributions made to the Participant or his or her Beneficiary pursuant to this Plan that relate to the Participant’s Company Contribution Account.

  • Company Contribution means that portion of the main extension costs which the Company will fund based upon the following formula:

  • Matching Contributions means local cash and/or in-kind contributions made by the Subrecipient, subcontractor, or other local resources that qualify as match for the Contract funding.

The Deferred Compensation Account shall be credited with Participant Deferral Credits and Employer Credits, credited or debited for deemed investment gains or losses, and adjusted for payments in accordance with the rules and elections in effect under Section 8. The Deferred Compensation Account of a Participant shall include any In-Service or Education Account of the Participant, if applicable.
