Credit Account is modified to read “Grant Account”.
Letter of Credit Account means the account established by the Borrower under the sole and exclusive control of the Administrative Agent maintained at the office of the Administrative Agent at 200 Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000 designated as the “Delphi Letter of Credit Account” that shall be used solely for the purposes set forth herein.
Individual account program means the defined contribution individual account program of
Participant’s Account means an account maintained for each Participant’s participation in DSUs and/or RSUs under the Plan;
Company Credit Facility means the Credit Agreement, dated as of March 24, 2016, as amended and restated as of December 14, 2017, as further amended and restated as of May 7, 2019, as further amended and restated as of September 11, 2019, and as further amended and restated as of November 12, 2019, by and among Centene, the various financial institutions named therein, as lenders, and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Administrative Agent, including any related notes, Guarantees, collateral documents, instruments and agreements executed in connection therewith, and in each case as amended, restated, modified, renewed, refunded, replaced or refinanced (in whole or in part) from time to time, whether or not with the same lenders or agent.
frozen account means an account with a relevant institution which is held or controlled (directly or indirectly) by a designated person;
Elective Deferral Account means the account established hereunder to which Elective Deferrals (including a separate accounting for Catch-Up Contributions) are allocated. Amounts in the Participant's Elective Deferral Account are nonforfeitable when made and are subject to the distribution restrictions of Section 12.2(e). Company Credit Agreement means that certain Credit Agreement, dated as of March 8, 2019, among the Company, as borrower, the guarantors from time to time party thereto, the lenders and issuing banks from time to time party thereto and Bank of America, N.A., as administrative agent.
Discretionary Account means a Personal Account in which you have completely turned over decision-making authority to a professional money manager (who is not a Family Member or not otherwise covered by this Code) and you have no direct or indirect influence or control over the account. (Such Discretionary Accounts are often referred to as “professionally managed,” “controlled” or “managed” accounts.)
Deferral Account means the Company's accounting of the Director's accumulated Deferrals plus accrued interest.
Matching Contribution Account means that portion of a Participant’s Account established to record Matching Contributions on behalf of a Participant. Matching Contributions shall be deemed to be invested in the Company stock, and a Participant shall not be permitted to elect a different Deemed Crediting Option for such Matching Contributions.
Company Matching Account means (i) the sum of all of a Participant's Annual Company Matching Amounts, plus (ii) amounts credited in accordance with all the applicable crediting provisions of this Plan that relate to the Participant's Company Matching Account, less (iii) all distributions made to the Participant or his or her Beneficiary pursuant to this Plan that relate to the Participant's Company Matching Account.
Deferred Account means the participant's Deferred Pension Account, Deferred Dividends Account, Deferred Retainer Account, Deferred Fees Account, Deferred Cash Account and/or Deferred Stock Account.
Matching Account means the account maintained on the books of the Employer for the purpose of accounting for the Matching Amount and for the amount of investment return credited thereto for each Participant pursuant to Article V.
Employer Credits means the amounts credited to the Participant’s Deferred Compensation Account by the Employer pursuant to the provisions of Section 4.2.
Aggregate Account means, with respect to each Participant, the value of all accounts maintained on behalf of a Participant, whether attributable to Employer or Employee contributions, subject to the provisions of Section 2.2.
Facility LC Collateral Account is defined in Section 2.20.11.
Employer Contribution Account means, for any Participant, the account established by the Administrator or Trustee to which Employer Contributions made under Section 3.5 for the Participant's benefit are credited.
Active Account means an individual investment account in the Plans with a balance greater than $0.00.

Voluntary Contribution Account means the account established and maintained by the Administrator for each Participant with respect to his total interest in the Plan resulting from the Participant's nondeductible voluntary contributions made pursuant to Section 4.12.
Discretionary Contribution means the contribution made by the Employer on behalf of a Participant as described in Section 4.4(b).
Retirement Account means any retirement or pension fund or account, listed in Iowa Code section 627.6(8)“f” as exempt from execution, regardless of the amount of contribution, the interest generated, or the total amount in the fund or account.
Primary Credit Facility mean the credit facility described in the Line of Credit section of this Agreement.
Plan Account means the account established for each Participant pursuant to Section 8(a).
