Company Employee Share Option Scheme definition

Company Employee Share Option Scheme has the meaning given such term in Clause 5.3.
Company Employee Share Option Scheme means any employee incentive scheme pursuant to which the Company may issue Shares or options for Shares constituting up to 5% of the share capital of the Company as of the date hereof pursuant to a plan approved by the Board.
