Company Equity Securities definition

Company Equity Securities means the Shares and any other equity securities of the Company.
Company Equity Securities means all shares of Company Capital Stock now or hereafter issued and all Options or Convertible Securities now or hereafter issued.
Company Equity Securities means, collectively, the Company Common Stock, the Company Options and the Restricted Stock.

  • The Company covenants to the Holder that, from the date hereof until the earlier of its IPO or until all amounts owing hereunder have been paid in full or this Note has been converted, the Company shall not, without the prior written consent of the Majority Note Holders, make any declaration or payment of dividends or other distributions, redemption or repurchase or any other payment on or with respect to any Company Equity Securities other than the Notes.

  • Any attempted Transfer of Company Equity Securities in violation of the provisions of this Agreement shall be null and void ab initio and of no effect.

Company Equity Securities means the Equity Securities of the Company.
