Company Expense Amount definition

Company Expense Amount means ten million dollars ($10,000,000).

Company Expense Amount means the amount of all unpaid Company Expenses as of the Closing (without giving effect to the payment of any Company Expenses at the Closing pursuant to Section 1.3(d)(i)).
