Company Holders definition

Company Holders means, collectively, the Company Stockholders, holders of Outstanding Company Options and holders of Company Warrants and the participants in the Company Sale Bonus Plan, in each case as of immediately prior to the Effective Time.
Company Holders is defined in the Preamble to this Agreement.
Company Holders means the holders of the shares of Company Common Stock in issue as of any applicable determination time prior to the Closing.

More Definitions of Company Holders

Company Holders shall have the meaning given in the Recitals.
