Company Investors is defined in the preamble to this Agreement.

• This Security Agreement taken together with the other Transaction Documents constitute and contain the entire agreement of Company, Investors and Collateral Agent and supersede any and all prior agreements, negotiations, correspondence, understandings and communications among the parties, whether written or oral, respecting the subject matter hereof.

More Definitions of Company Investors

Company Investors means the Investors (as that term is defined in the Company Stockholder Agreement).
