Company Manifest definition

Company Manifest means the roster of all firefighters that Contractor will use to provide Services under this Agreement. The Company Manifest must be in the format as specified by the Administering Agency.

  • Place of public accommodation means any building or structure in which goods are supplied or services performed, or in which the trade of the general public is solicited.

  • Independent Certified Public Accountant means a person duly registered in good standing and entitled to practice as a certified public accountant under the laws of the place of his residence or principal office and who is in fact independent.   • Incumbent Local Exchange Carrier (ILEC) is As Defined in the Act.
