Company Nominees definition

Company Nominees means, in respect of a meeting of the shareholders of the Company at which directors are to be elected, such individuals presented by management of the Company to its shareholders for election as directors at such meeting, including, for the avoidance of doubt, each of the CBG Nominees.
Company Nominees means, in respect of a meeting of the Company Shareholders at which directors of the Company are to be elected, such individuals presented by management of the Company to the Company Shareholders for election as directors of the Company at such meeting, including, for the avoidance of doubt, each of the Altria Nominees.
Company Nominees has the meaning set forth in the Share Exchange Agreement.
