Company Preferred Units definition

Company Preferred Units means the Company Series A Preferred Units, the Company Series B Preferred Units and Company Series B-1 Preferred Units.

Company Preferred Units means the preferred units of the Company, which may be issued in one or more series in accordance with the LLC Agreement.

More Definitions of Company Preferred Units

Company Preferred Units means the Series A Preferred Units, Series B Preferred Units, Series C Preferred Units, Series D Preferred Units, and Series E Preferred Units of the Company prior to the effectiveness of the A&R LLCA.

Company Preferred Units means the Preferred Units of the Company, which Preferred Units will be subject to the terms and conditions of the LLC Agreement after Closing.
