Company Program Technology definition

Company Program Technology shall have the meaning assigned to it in the Development Agreement;
Company Program Technology means the Company Program Know-How and the Company Program Patents.
Company Program Technology means the Milestone Patents and the Company Product Know-How.

  • Collaboration IP means Collaboration Know-How and Collaboration Patents.

  • Licensed IP means the Intellectual Property owned by any person other than the Corporation and to which the Corporation has a license which has not expired or been terminated;
