Company ROAE definition

Company ROAE means (i) Company Return for the Annual Cash Bonus Measurement Period, divided by (ii) Company Average Equity for the Annual Cash Bonus Measurement Period.
Company ROAE means the average of the Company's core return on average shareholders' equity over the Performance Period as measured by Core Net Income divided by average total shareholders' equity, with the average over the Performance Period determined in accordance with Section 4(b) below.

  • For each Annual Cash Bonus Performance Period, Executive will be entitled to receive, as Executive’s Annual Cash Bonus, from 0% to 250% of Executive’s Target Cash Bonus, based on the Company ROAE compared to that of the Peer Group (measured as a percentile) or, if the Threshold is determined under clause (x) of its definition, the Company ROAE compared to the Threshold, as follows: 50th Percentile 100% 75th Percentile 175% * Company ROAE is used to determine whether clause (x) of the Threshold is met.

  • For example, if the Company ROAA were ranked 35 and the Company ROAE were ranked 32 on the list out of 50 companies (including the Company), its percentile rank would be 69.39% (35-1/50-1) and 63.27% (32-1/50-1), respectively.

Related to Company ROAE

  • Company PSU means a restricted stock unit with respect to Common Stock that was granted subject to performance-based vesting conditions.

  • Company PSUs means the outstanding performance share units of the Company issued pursuant to: (i) the Company Legacy Equity Incentive Plan; and (ii) the Company PRSU Plan.

  • Company 401(k) Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.09(e).

  • Company has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Company Share Plans means, collectively, (i) the 2018 Share Incentive Plan of the Company, which replaced the Company’s 2010 Share Incentive Plan in its entirety, and (ii) the Post-IPO Share Incentive Plan of the Company.

  • Company RSU Award means an award of restricted stock units relating to shares of Company Common Stock granted under a Company Equity Incentive Plan (including any dividend equivalent units credited thereon).

  • Company Equity Plan means any management equity or stock option or ownership plan or any other management or employee benefit plan of the Company or any Subsidiary of the Company.

  • Combined Company means Holdco and its consolidated subsidiaries after giving effect to the Business Combination.

  • Associate Company means any other Company, in which the Company has a significant influence, but which is not a Subsidiary Company of the Company having such influence and includes a joint venture company.

  • Company RSU means each restricted stock unit award relating to shares of Company Common Stock granted under any Company Equity Plan that is outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time and subject solely to service-based vesting requirements.

  • Company Equity Award means a Company Stock Option or a Company Restricted Share granted under one of the Company Stock Plans, as the case may be.

  • Company Employee means an employee of the Company or an employee of a Subsidiary of the Company, if any.

  • Newco has the meaning set forth in the first paragraph of this Agreement.

  • Company Equity Plans means (i) the Company’s 2014 Equity Incentive Plan as amended and restated from time to time, (ii) the Company’s 2004 Equity Incentive Plan, as amended and restated from time to time and (iii) the Inference Technologies Group Inc. 2018 Equity Incentive Plan, as amended and restated from time to time.

  • QFII means a qualified foreign institutional investor approved pursuant to the relevant PRC regulations (as amended from time to time).

  • Parent 401(k) Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.6(e).

  • Company Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.10(a).

  • Company Incentive Plan shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 1.7 hereof.

  • Company Equity Awards means the Company RSU Awards and the Company PSU Awards.

  • Public Company Costs means, as to any Person, costs associated with, or in anticipation of, or preparation for, compliance with the requirements of the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002 and the rules and regulations promulgated in connection therewith and costs relating to compliance with the provisions of the Securities Act and the Exchange Act or any other comparable body of laws, rules or regulations, as companies with listed equity, directors’ compensation, fees and expense reimbursement, costs relating to enhanced accounting functions and investor relations, stockholder meetings and reports to stockholders, directors’ and officers’ insurance and other executive costs, legal and other professional fees, listing fees and other transaction costs, in each case to the extent arising solely by virtue of the listing of such Person’s equity securities on a national securities exchange or issuance of public debt securities.
