Company Security Policies definition

Company Security Policies has the meaning set out in Section 12.1(a);
Company Security Policies. “Company Security Policies” shall mean contractual obligations, binding commitments, adopted policies and public statements of the Acquired Corporations with respect to privacy or data security, including the use of and access to Personal Information.
