Company Vessel definition

Company Vessel has the meaning set forth in Section 3.17(c).
Company Vessel has the meaning given to such term in Section 5.1.
Company Vessel means a vessel owned, leased or operated by a Company Entity, including tugs, barges and tankers.

  • There is no unsatisfied judgment, penalty or award against the Company, any of its Subsidiaries or any Company Vessels (including in connection with any pool in which a Company Vessel is entered).

  • In the event that the Parent does not elect to accept the potential charter opportunity within two business days, the Company shall be free to pursue such opportunity for a Company Vessel for a period of 15 calendar days on the same terms and conditions as set forth in the Charter Notice.

  • The Company and each of its Subsidiaries that owns or operates a Company Vessel (other than the Aruba Subsidiaries) is, and at the Effective Time will be, a citizen of the United States, within the meaning of Section 2 of the Shipping Act of 1916, 46 U.S.C. §50501, as amended, eligible to own and operate the Company Vessels.

  • Except for the rights of the owner or its lenders specified in each Company Charter and for the rights of lessors of equipment leased to the Company or its Subsidiaries, no Person has any rights to, or interest in, any of the agreements pursuant to which the Company or one of its Subsidiaries charters any Company Vessel (each, a “Company Charter”) or the Company Vessels created by, through or under the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.


More Definitions of Company Vessel

Company Vessel means any and all of the vessels set forth in Section 3.1(v)(i) of the Company Disclosure Schedule (excluding, in all cases, the Gulf Horizon) and shall include, with respect to each vessel, all her equipment and outfitting.
